I build learning that respects both the learner's time and the organisation's goals.
I'm an instructional designer and e-learning developer with 20+ years in digital learning and a background spanning law, compliance, tech, and operational training. That range is my advantage: I've sat close enough to the business to know what "good" actually looks like on the job.
I specialise in building programmes that are creative, evidence-based, and measurable from day one. I lean on gamification, scenario-based design, and blended approaches — then I use the Kirkpatrick model to prove they work. Reaction and knowledge are the starting line, not the finish.
I'm a TechWomen100 finalist, hold an MA in Education & Technology from UCL, and I'm a lifelong advocate for learning that changes behaviour rather than simply getting completed.

How I approach it
Start with the behaviour. Before a single screen, we agree what should change on the job — and how we'll know it did.
Design for decisions, not clicks. Scenarios and games put learners in realistic pressure so practice happens before it matters.
Prove it with evidence. Kirkpatrick from day one, so the programme earns its place instead of just filling a slot.
